What Causes Pink Spotting And Painful Cramping?

I'm a 25 year old female and a mother of 2. I have had the my Mirena in for 3 years. My period ended a week ago and then today I started having some light pink spotting and painful cramping with the cramping off and on all day. Is this something I should be worried about and see my dr. or is it nothing to worry about?
