What Causes Popping Of Ankles While Bending Feet?
hello my ankle pops every time i bend my foot down and bend it up..it doesn t hurt but it s like a small bone crosses back and forth over another big bone which causes it pop...im guessing..it s right on the big bone on the left side of my ankle on my left foot. i ve had 2 ankle sprain s in the past from soccer from stepping wrong..but nothing severe...the pain was only for several day s then it would heal. but it doesn t hurt...
