What Causes Pressure In Chest And Cough?

I am a 55 year old female. I have been experiencing pressure in my chest and fatigue for a couple of weeks. I had a stress test today with medication in an iv. I started coughing a lot during the test. Afterwards I asked if coughing was normal during the test. I was told that it wasn't but my test was normal. I cough like that when I experience palpitations but this was much more intense. Should I be concerned or have more test run?

HI
Well come to HCM
Here in your case the first thing need to be ruled out is the Hyperacidity, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would definitely treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for six weeks, hope this information helps.
