Hi I have had a pulse in my right ear for 3weeks. At first it was at night but now it is during the day too. I went for a medical a month ago and my blood pressure etc is fine. My brother is medically qualified and checked me out for pulsating tinnitus and does think that I have thyroid problems. The noise has only been away for one night. My husband just put his ear to mine and said he can hear a regular squelching noise thatreminds him of noises he would here when he got ear infections
