I am male, have abdominal pain starting from left testicle extending up into lower stomach. Also feeling queasy. The pain has come and gone over the last few weeks but in the last few days been constant. Been to gp who has given been antibiotics. I am concerned as to what this is. I am 22 play football and do bodybuilding at gym.
Hi. The cause of such pains can be as follows: A stone is in the lower ureter on the same side causing a referred pain to the testicle. Or the other way- an inflammation of the testis can cause pain in the lower abdomen. *The easiest way to get a proper diagnosis is : Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the abdomen and the scrotum. *Urine, routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity examination. Complete blood picture. Continue the antibiotics and follow the advise of the Urologist as per the investigations.
