What Causes Rapid Eye Movements While The Eyes Are Still Closed?

As i was awaking this morning I experienced, while my eyes were still closed, as I rolled from one side to the other, rapid eye movements that were quite sary.I kept my eyes closed and it went away but I have a headache this morning. i used for the first time in awhile cromolyn 4% sodium allergy eye drops last night as my eyes were irritated from dusting yesterday.Should i be worried/ What may have hapened?

may be neuralgic or dry eye. can take neurobion forte tablet for one month. applyefresh eye tear drop 3times daily
