General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Undergone through your history.
The rashes can be viral exenthema causing secondary changes in the intra-abdominal organs ( well known complication in adults ), causing pains as you have described. I would advise you to consult a Doctor who should examine you and prescribe medicines accordingly and advise investigations including ultrasonography of abdomen and x-ray of chest.
