What Causes Recurrent Fever In Child?

my 1 year old daughter last last week she got a rashes and fever and the doctor said she got a measles...and she recovered for that,,but now she got again the fever in 2 days, her fever rises especially in evening and earling in the morning,,,,but no rashes anymore...

Measles infection reduces the immunity and makes the child more prone to infection.
usually it reactivates the latent tuberculous infection.
That is why he is getting recurrent fever.
Better consult pediatrician to find out the cause of fever after thorough investigation.
