General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern. Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Take over-the-counter options like Imodium (Loperamide).
2) Take probiotics.
3) Take frequent, small sips of water or a rehydration drink and small bites of salty crackers.
4) Do a stool test for further treatment.

Hope that my answer was helpful. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
