What Causes Recurring Wrist Pain And How Can It Be Treated ?
i am 17 and I have never broken or sprained my left wrist in my entire life. but every few months, every 4-6 months, my wrist starts to hurt alot, to the point where i cant put any pressure on it.then after a few weeks the pain slowly disapears, but after a few months it comes back again. in my opinion i dont do any strainous activities with my wrists so what can be the souce of this mysterious pain?

It can be due to carpel tunnel syndrome.
Get your uric acid levels done.
Do hot fomentation and apply some anti inflammatory cream like volini gel.
Do not sit too much on computers.
Consult an orthopedic surgeon and physiotherapist.
