What Causes Red Blood Clots In Stool, Pain In Stomach/lower Back?

I am a 35 year old female who is having some blood in stools..the toilet is red and there is bright red with some dark red bloot clots when i wipe. this has been going on for at least 1 week ..with me having a bm 1 to 2x a day. I am having some stomach and lower back pain.
