What Causes Relapse Of Epilepsy After Taking Treatment?
I am a banker five years ago .i have a problem of epilepsy,which was diagnosed by a doctor and success occurred , during disease i have taken tegral tablets for three and half years from 2005 to 2008. then i don't take medicine , but from two months i have a same problem arised, now i want to visit same doctor which has diagnosed me three and half years ago, my question why this same disease arise, and other question is which physical or mental exercises must be continue in routine life.

in 70- 80 % cases seizures never recur after stopping anti epileptics after 3 yrs of seizure free interval.Anyway recurrence is not unusual.
Long term prognosis depends upon type of epilepsy and it's etiology.
Get detail evaluation done in for of MRI brain 3 T with epilepsy protocol and EEG.
in some cases with seizure recurrence, anti epileptics may have to continue for long duration sometimes lifelong also.
