What Causes Ringing Sound In Ear, Imbalance And Discomfort In Neck?

Hi Doctor. There is a ringing sound in my left ear and I can feel like imbalance when I move my head. My neck is also feeling very uncomfortable. My blood presure is normal and I did the MRI and found nothing wrong with my brain. What is wrong with me DR. Thank you.

Hello,
There are many reasons for ringing in ear . Like high blood pressure, diabetes , thyroid disorders etc. You have not written your age , that would have helped to reach to a diagnosis.
You had your MRI done then the causes of brain or nerves is ruled out.
Next comes the causes of ear.
There could be wax in ear - the simplest reason, the other reason could be fluid collection behind the ears .
You should get done hearing test so that if there is any abnormality in the inner ear can be noticed as that can be reason for tinnitus.
