What Causes Rise In Blood Sugar During Loose Motion?

Hi Sir,I m a Type 1 diabetic for last 5 years, my present age is 23. Due to food poisoning, I got fever, somewhere around 15 loose motions a day, and body pain. I m being given Norflox TZ, ORS, Paracetamol, and Crocin tablets by the doctor. On the day I got the above symptoms I hardly ate anything except ORS and little curd rice. My blood sugar reading at night was 442 and in morning fasting was 274. I m clueless about the spikes in my blood glucose. Please help me in this regard.
