What Causes Rotten Smell Smell Of Urine?
I have an odor of rotten eggs coming from my urine & it started yesterday i have really bad abdominal cramps today & im using the bathroom like crazy i have mirena in me for birth control & was wondering could this be the cause! Also i have been having sex with the same sexual partner for 4yrs now

foul smell in urine, lower and cramps, frequency, dysuria, history of sexual contact... all signify urinary tract infection..
Plz get urine routine and culture, treat ur infection with culture sensitive antibiotics, avoid sexual contact for two weeks.
