i had severe acne and marks few months ago, i consulted a doc and was prescribed topical treatments. acne and marks vanished and my face turned pretty as ever. now i get 2-3 acne during summers and weather change that temporary leave red marks. i use faceclin gel for spot treatment and nowadays i am on cosglo cream

I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid. Avoid touching or pricking acne. You can go for home remedy as well. apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Apply on face twice daily. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. It Will resolve. apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments.You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
