What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain, Migraine And Great Pressure Over The Eye During Periods?

my daughter, age 28, was eating a sugary breakfast, and started her period this morning, suddenly had an attack of severe stomach pain, migraine and great pressure over her right eye.She also started seeing odd colors and patterns . She took 800mg of ibuprofen and is begging me for cough medicine, so that she may sleep away the pain.

1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
2. Relaxation techniques
3. Stretching exercises.
4. Local heat both on forehead & abdomen
5. Neck massage
6. Yoga
7. Also plenty of fluid intake
