What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain In A 2 Year Old?
my daughter is 2yrs. 10 month old and she is suffering stomach problem since 7 days. Stool examination revealed: Colour-greenish yellow, Consistency- semi liquied, mucus-+++, Reaction-Acidic (PH-5.0), Pus cell- Plenty(++++), Bacteria-Average, Blood-Nil. Took Zanocin oz for last 4 days twice a day, darolac and ascazine once a day. From toaday she is taking Forcin and septone insted of zanocin oz.. Are these medicine helpfull?

The child has contracted some stomach infection, needs to be investigated in terms of stool culture to get the exact bug causing the problem.
Stool culture will also guide about the exact antibiotic to be used.
