Hi I have a severe burning pain approx an inch to the right of my belly button & 2 inches down from that. It hurts so bad when I move in most positions (not when I lay still) & when I sneeze or cough I nearly go through the roof!! Its the same pain i used to get in my C-sec scar but that was 23months ago & haven't had any problems with it since. I went to the doctors today & she said to rest as could be muscular but then again could be a hernia along the deep scar tisues. What do you think?? how can i make this more comfortable....I can't even pick my daughter up??
