Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
More or less, it seems to be GERD (Gastroesophagus reflux disease) and it is happening due to more acid secretion in gastric region which comes up in esophagus that might be causing the inflammatory changes and even spasm, but it is not the Isaac syndrome.
If I were the doctor of this case, then I would treat this symptoms of esophagus spasm with Antacid that contains the local anesthetic, Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once in a day and Dicyclomine, alongwith the advice to avoid the spicy food, heavy meal, coffee, alcohol and smoking.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
