Hello I am haveing something major going on and can't seem to get any help with our local Dr.s here. I am having severe headaches, dizzyness, unsteady on my feet. hands, arms, feet, and legs are going to sleep, my legs and arms are tender to the touch. I went to ER on Wednesday am and they said I have sinus infection. The Dr. gave me a shot for my headache and for dizzyness, no other meds. By 1:30pm the shot had wore off and my headache and dizzyness was back in full swing. I called the Dr office. They said nothing could be done. I called back at 4:30pm and said I couldn't stand the pain. Another DR prescriped Promethazine TID til gone 12tabs. Thursday I went to DR. and she said I have inner ear infection, again I was given a shot for my headache and a shot for nausea. No other meds. By 3pm that had wore off. I called in and Dr. prescribed Tramadol. Up to this point I had been sleeping most the time since Monday when my headache started getting severe. Only time I was up was to go to DR, eat, pee, and take meds, other wise in dark quiet room resting or sleeping. Friday I had an MRI done of my head. During the wkdn, I was so week I couldn't walk up our stairs at home. I have to crawl. Not cool. Today is Monday and I just got a call from the Dr's nurse say: "MRI came back normal you will have to wait it our and take tylenol, sorry."

I have fallen down our stairs at home in July, August September (put me out of work for 3 months, had PT and MRI of L hip, inverted ankle sprain and medial L knee sprain. Fell down stairs again end of November and sprained R ankle. Fell first part of December, sprained R ankle. Fell down stairs end of December and bruised my R inner ankle up to inner R knee, sprained and bruised outer ankle. 1 1/2 wks ago I fell in the HyVee parking lot. Not slick or anything, just fell. I again sprained my R ankle and was 2 inches bigger than normal. cut and bruised L knee, and jammed my R thumb. Therefore jarring my neck, shoulder and back. I have had whiplash several times so I expect my neck to be sore. I don't understand why I am falling all the time. Was just on stairs, but now on flat ground. I still have a headache, dizzy, and very off balance. I think there is something more going on, but don't know how to get it figured out. Can you please help me or give me an idea of what to do next. I have ashma and allergies to Benzione and Erithromyasin, mold, dust mites, ect. Please. I need to get back to work and hate sleeping all day and not being to enjoy my children and husband. Thank you
