What Causes Severe Headache, Sleepless Nights Before Menstrual Cycle After Having Laparoscopy?
Hi,I am a 35 yo female. No pregnancies. I had a laprascopy in January for endometriosis. Since then, approximately 1 week before my menstrual cycle I have horrible headaches and sleepless nights. I am so tired all the time. I will go to sleep for a couple hours then wake up wide awake in the middle of the night. The headaches are constant nagging headaches all day everyday.

It is premenstrual syndrome which is causing you flushing headache and sleepless nights. You have to take Pyridoxine supplement to get rid of it.
