I am 31 years old and I just recently had an abortion. I had a severe case of preeclampsia with my first child 8 years ago. I also had to have an emergency c-section and then was readmitted with MRSA a week later. I currently have FM and I was very sick with HBP and low iron after I got pregnant this last time. I could barely move and started having tremors in my arms and hands. I had the abortion because I was worried about my health. I just had it done, and now 3 days later, I am having severe headaches that wont go away. What should I do and should I go to the doctor?
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Severe headache is unlikely to be related to abortion. Severe headache can be due to migraine, high blood pressure, weakness due to low haemoglobin or due to stress. I will suggest you to take paracetamol tablet for pain relief, and consult a physician for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be given. Hope you found the answer helpful.
