What Causes Severe Pain After Laproscopic Hysterectomy?

I had what was to be a simple laproscopic hysterectomy. GYN cut ureter on right side definately and called in a urologist immediately turning a 2 hour surger into a 7 hour surgery. Also woke up with a 12" incision instead of belly button for the laproscopy. The bladder had completely collapsed and thought that putting in one stent on the right where he made the cut in the ureter would help. Back to ER a week later and emergency surgery was done to put in a stent on the left side as they said that it was now too collapsed. This is 6 weeks out and I am in severe pain, on Lucynta 100mg. every 4-6 hrs., I can't sleep, I can't eat. What can I do??? We are already going for the dr. to settle out of court for the enourmous bills that I am receiving but that's not the issue. It's the excruciating pain that I am in 24/7.
