What Causes Severe Stomach Aches With Diarrhea And Vomiting?

For the past 3 years I have experienced severe stomach aches, horrible diarrhea, and vomiting. The diarrhea is extremely painful and neon yellow (this is gross, im aware). The vomit is also a bright yellow color, and contains no food. I have had an upper and lower GI, but they have only concluded that I have an overactive gallbladder. They didn't see the point in removing the gallbladder, so I am still left in the same pain as I was before. I'm not sure if there will be any other diagnosis, or if anyone else has ever experienced this problem, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
