What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Having Surgery For Pancreatitis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I've had gallbladder removal. at the same time my surgeon said I was having pancreatitis the pain was severe. I also had an ERCP a few days later. after 2 to 3 weeks after surgery i started having severe stomach pains again. then went back to ER. was readmitted and they did catscans egd and mri. said cant find anything. was sent home with 90 vicodin and tramadol. why am i still in pain?

Thanks for posting your query.
There is high chance of recurrent pancreatitis. I advise you get tested for Serum Lipase which is a test for diagnosis of Pancreatitis. Till you get the test report it's better you get admitted and not to take anything orally.
