What Causes Shaky Hands And Severe Sweating In The Arm Pits?

Blood pressure in the past half hour has gone from the high 194 down to at 7:32 pm 164/94. @ 7:56 pm pressure went up to 170/87 pulse was 99. @ 8:02pm 168/87 pulse 92. Patient has shaky chills and sweaty arm pits and hands. Patient does suffer from high blood pressure controled normally at 138/78. Patient just had a Upper GI Endoscopy with Biospy done on 6/25/2014. DO we need to go to the ER for the blood pressure? Took a baby aspirin at 7:43 pm.

HI welcome to HCM.
High blood pressure in your case could be due to hypertensive urgency which leads to sudden onset of elevated blood pressure.This runs the possible risk of end organ damage like eye or heart.Baby aspirin is usually not effective.Drugs like enalaprilat are very effective in reducing the blood pressure to desired levels.Upper GIT endoscopy is not related to elevated blood pressure levels.You need to visit the EMR for rapid assessment of your heart function through BASELINE EKG and 2 dimensional echocardiography.Consult your doctor for further queries.
