What Causes Shaky, Nausea, Cloudy Urine During Morning With UTI History?

I have this same issue, shaky when I wake up. I had a UTI over a year ago, and I am still shaky in the morning, with cloudy urine, then the rest of the day, clear urine and ok. Nausea most mornings. I assume I'm dehydrated in the AM, but no matter how much water I drink, same thing.
