What Causes Shimmering Spots In Vision With Blurred Vision?

I saw an eye doctor just yesterday. About a week and a half ago i saw a big spot in my left eye peripheral that did not go away. I then experienced shimmering spots in my peripheral. I have been experiencing a lot of spots in my left eye and blurred vision in the last couple days. It still hasn t gone away and my doctor said it was an opthalmic migraine. I am 18 years old. Should i still be worried?

with your age it can be ophthalmic migraine. fundus examination is to be done to rule out retinal pathology. for migraine you can take migranil tablet starting with one tablet can increase up to 6tablet, till improve in symptoms.
