What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Tiredness?
I've been taking Tylenol for the pain in my knee since having a replacement and a bad infection. When outside doing yard work I get extremely tired, out of breath, and can hardly get into the house to sit down. I'm taking Atenolol, Cozaar & CoQ10, and a 1/2 tab of Prilosec. I am 70.

Here there might be cardiac cause for your dyspnea complaints...
As you history of knee infection, secondary lung infection also should be ruled out if fever present
Consult pulmonologoist for following work up...
-Auscultation
-Blood pressure measurement
-EKG
-Tread mill
-Chest x ray if needed after examination
According to cause further specific treatment can be given
