What Causes Sleeplessness And Acidity With Frequent Stools?

I am 52yrs old,female suffering from acidity causing frequent stools after even light meals since 20 days..Also I am not not able to sleep since many days almost 25 days , After ling whole night i sleep around 4am for 2hrs..i don't sleep during day time ...please help..

Welcome here.

I can understand your concerns.
You have acidity and frequent stools. For this you can take tablet pantoprazole 20mg half hour before meal.
Also, take frequent but small meals. Drink lots of fluids. Avoid fatty and spicy meals.

Sleep will improve once these problems are solved.

If insomnia still persists, sleep inducing drugs like ativan or zolpidem (prescription drugs) can be used.
