hello user , temazepam is a benzodiazepine drug which can help in sleep onset insomnia problems . you can take the drug about 30 mins before bedtime - as it has elimination half life of around 8-9 hours , hopefully you will be able to get up at 8 am. if you continue to have waking up difficulties , discuss the issue with your doctor , tablet zolpidem (immediate release , not extended or sustained release) can also be helpful in such cases , but take only after discussing with your doctor . hope i answered your query - any followuo queries are welcome - if satisfied please rate the answer ( as per site's condition , the language to answer should be english - you can translate it online )
