What Causes Social Anxiety And How To Treat It?

Ok, So it started with social anxiety and turned into daily. That was 3 years ago. Now I have no patience for anything over a yes or no answer when i do go out. My thing is making me nut s, even my wife s voice is making me nut s instantly. So im a bit weirded out becouse it s now the same with everyone now. even my mother who lives 2 blocks away so i see her daily. I am starting to feel shit that is uncUmfortable to me. WHAT IS WRONG ??? AND CAN YOU HELP???

I think, you need proper treatment with antidepressant and psychotherapy. You can try some drugs like paroxetine or low dose benzodiazepine that would help you to stay relax and control these anxiety symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
