What Causes Solid Lump That Can Be Felt When Palpating Vulva And Left Side Of Mons Pubis?

I have what appears to be solid lumps that I can feel when I palpate the my vulva and the left side of my mons pubis. They are not particularly painful and just slightly tender. They appear to be solid and not liquid filled. Also, there is no change on the skin surface

Hi, lumps on the parts you say are very rare. So it is better be examined by a Surgeon. You may have to go for some tests as advised by Him/ Her.
