since it is only one episode not more to worry it may be due to some throat infection you may having it so consult an ent and take proper antibiotic but if this recurr and palpitation prolonged or associated with chest pain and frequent dizzy spells then you have to consult a cardiologist to paroxysmal supravenricular tachycarda which is a serious problem
