Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, I need to know if you had any sort of oral sex or not? Yes, it could be due to sexually transmitted infections as well. You should immediately see a doctor to test you for all sexually transmitted infections and treatment if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
