What Causes Sore Throat Problems?

32yrs, 5'11", 195lbs
No medical history of illnesses.
Problem began as a sore throat, then progressed to what i now describe as vocal cord nodules. I dont sing, dont smoke, never ever raise my voice.
can having my vocal cord nodules removed more than once cause permanent damage to vocal cords

yes if you get them removed and there has been damage to the cords it can remain affected

voice rest
speech therapy
appropriate gargles
oral inhaler
anti reflux measures are important as well
