What Causes Spots On Head Of Pancreas?

My dad is a former alcoholic has gone thru several surgeries and only now has the head of his pancreas left. The doctors recently found 3 spots on it and have done a biopsy; i am very concerned and just wondering if you could give me some advice on what they could be or what they could be caused from

Hello user,
As per your history, your dad had been suffering from a disease which caused him to get many surgeries for some pancreatic ailment, so I can assume he was suffering from pancreatitis as there is also a hstory of chronic alcohol consumption.

The detailed report about the actual cause can be said only by seeing the actual biopsy report and clinical reports.
