What Causes Stomach Ache After Meals?
I have been experiencing stomach cramps or a stomach ache after eating a meal. I have been on a brat diet and a bland diet. I only eat once a day. I had projectile vomiting after taking Gatorade with mitralax in preparation for a colonoscopy. Since then I am still only Able to eat once a day and I experience nausea with stomach cramps and a stomach ache. I don t get sick but I like I could.

Your might be suffering from gastritis or gastric ulcer or pancreatitis. I advise you to get serum lipase test done and revert back to me with reports.
Also avoid spicy food and non veg food.
Also what was the finding in your colonoscopy report.
