What Causes Stomach Ache In A Baby?
My daughter is 3 she is complaining of a tummyache. She has thrown up once, and her burps have a terrible odor. She also had 2 bowel movements today. They were hard. Her tummy ache comes and goes. She has autism so its hard for her to communicate with.

Most common cause of the abdominal pain in childrens is worm infestation.
Give her Mebendazole Syrup for deworming and you should do it every 6 monthly.
