What Causes Stomach Ache, Vomiting, Headache And Migraines In A Child?

My grandson is 9, for 2 months he has had a stomach ache, vomiting and low grade fever.
The last few days his fever has gone up to 103.4 with coughing, and vomiting. He has always had lots of migrane headache since he was little. The doctor thought it was lukemia, then Mono, after 7 weeks he said go back to school and now its worst whan before. Help we are at at a lose as to what to do.
