Lax lower esophageal sphincter. Infection with gas producing bacteria. This in turn can cause burning in stomach and other symptoms like pain in calves particularly at night called as restless leg syndrome, pain in other parts of body can be due to fibromyalgia which again has the psychological upheavals as a causative agent. Hence I would advise you to consult your regular Doctor, talk to him or her about the points I mentioned so that a proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations can e carried out to get the exact cause and plan a proper management.
