For the past 3-4 days, I have been having stomach cramps and pain, feeling hungry even after eating, very thirsty, headaches, green stool and urine. I have had a Nissen done 10 years ago, gallbladder is out, apendix is out, could you let me know what could possibly be going on.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Green stool and urine along with stomach cramps and pains, headache, feeling hungry even after eating and thirsty indicate that you have an infection that is causing all such symptoms. I would advise you the following in such a situation: First of all get culture and sensitivity of blood, urine and stool along with the routine tests of blood, stool and urine CT scan of abdomen. Colonoscopy. Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist and Urologist can help you to get an appropriate diagnosis and a proper management. You will need a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, to be changed over to the ones as per the reports of investigations to get you a proper relief. You will also need symptomatic and supportive management,
