What Causes Stomach Cramps And Vomiting With Diarrhea?

I have had a bout of what i can only describe as food poisoning about 4 days ago. First night was vomiting, then slept all the next day, then terrible stomach cramps the day after that. I now have diarrhea and some stomach cramps (they used to be really painful, but have gotten better over time. What could i have?

most likely viral GI bug that will go away with time. if persists >96 hours seek medical attention, make sure you are keeping Gatorade or pedialyte down if you are vomiting and having diarrhea still. if you are unable to keep anything down, seek medical attention for IV hydration.
