What Causes Stomach Discomfort And Passing Thin Stools?

IT IS GOING ON 3 WEEKS W THIS PROBLEM. HAVE HAD A CONSTANT GURGLING STOMACH &EACH TIME I GO TO BATHROOM WHETHER TO PEE OR NOT, I ALSO EXCREET SMALLER WORMLIKE FECES. THRE S NOT A LOT OF PAIN, BUT MORE DISCOMFORT. ARE YOU FAMILIAR W THESE SYMPTOMS PLEASE & WHAT THEY COULD BE?

I really appreciate your concern, what the sound you heard could be hyper-peristalsis and it could be normal one, worm infestation need to be ruled out and for that it is necessary to go for clinical examination may need stool analysis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
