What Causes Stomach Fluttering And Heart Burning While On Mirena?

Hi I am a 23few years old women with three kids after my las child I got mirena inserted which was exactually eleven mo.the age on the 21past know I been having stomach fluttering and also some heart burning. I have my period every month no so sick dealing but alot of weight gain what can this be.
