for the past few days everytime i get hungry i feel pain in my tummy that goes away when i eat. i am 45 yrs old, 5 ft and weighs around 125-130 lbs and trying to lose weight so as much as possible i am limiting my food intake but if i feel pain i have no recourse but to eat. thanks for your help
The acid peptic disease could be the cause of your symptoms give here. If the pain subsided after taking food then it could be due to acid peptic disease. Ideally it has to be ruled out but generally, it can be given try with tablet Omeprazole with domperidone once in a day for six weeks. Avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, coffee,smoking, and alcohol. To reduce the weight exercise are the best. There should not be stress condition if it is then trying to come out of this.
