What Causes Stomach Pain With Gas & Bloating?
I am scheduled for a MRCP scan. I have had bloating,gas, stomach extention for about a year.I have been on many different medications and have seen many doctors. I am very tired most of the time and every time I eat I have to lay down because my stomach hurts so bad. It feels like my food is not digesting.

Your symptoms are quite suggestive of chronic gastritis. Have you ever had an endoscopy done? This could determine the promblem. You may have chronic gastritis or gastric ulcer and a urea breath test for H. Pylori is also helpful to see if you have an H. Pylori infection.
If endoscopy doesnt reveal anything, you could go for an ultrasound scan of the upper abdomen.
