What Causes Stomach Pain,burping And Constipation?

hi , I have a son 10 years old, last two weeks he has pain in his stomach, also he has gas , he is burping and has constipation. In the morning when he is in the school his pain is less and he said when he is running and playing he doesnt have pain, but in the night whe is about to sleep his pain is more, he said it feels like niddles,some times hi has headache too. I hope you can help me with this i start to be concern

Hi, unusual though it may sound, your son probably suffers from acidity and indigestion. The constipation is also probably due to indigestion. Sometimes it may be a food intolerance or allergy. Please try giving him some over the counter medicine for acidity continuously for about a week and see if the symptoms reduce. If it does not, get a stool examination (for worms and other infections) and blood test for H Pylori infection. Also note down if the complaints appear after eating any particular food and do see his Paediatrician if the complaints persist. Regards.
