What Causes Stomach Pains With Blood In Stools?

My 11 year old son has had stomach pain for years. The doctor said it was caused by stress. Lately it has come back and is pretty bad right now. He passed gas yesterday and had blood in his underwear and in his stool when he used the bathroom...what could this be? An ulcer maybe?

Most likely he is suffering from hemorrhoids for which he needs further evaluation
Get a DRE done to rule out.
